Classes are an accessible and fun way to learn Pilates in groups of between 8-14 people and are 45 minutes long.

We have a range of classes from beginner through to advanced, there is also a specific classes for people with osteoporosis and osteopenia 


In beginners we help you too get your spine moving in all directions  improve your joint mobility and Begin to strengthen your core (back, abdominals and pelvic floor) 


This will help you achieve better alignment and become more aware of your posture 


In level 2 and 3 


To build on your strength from beginner by adding more difficult exercises and building stamina 

Bone health


This class is specifically aimed at people with osteopenia and osteoporosis. We use hand weights to build bone strength and density and incorporate extra exercises to improve balance and decrease the risk of falling.
